In most cases, these steps below can be followed to get your Office 365 apps and MS Outlook profile associated with your new GCCH tenant:

  1. FlushDNS via an elevated command prompt.  This step is generally only required if an on-premises server is involved, as DNS entries can be cached, but it does not hurt to run it in all scenarios.
    1. Start -> Run -> CMD
    2. Type “ipconfig /flushdns” and press enter
  2. Remove all MS Credentials from the Credential Manager.
    1. Start -> Type “Credential Manager” -> Click

    3. Open Windows Settings -> Accounts -> Access Work or School.  Remove the reference to the old tenant, which should display as a username@tenant.onmicrosoft.com.
    4. Click on the “Windows Credentials” tab, and delete any references to Microsoft products.   These are mostly Teams/O365/Onedrive.
